Equipment Needed:
Suggested Sides: Rice or cheesy mashed potatoes; seasoned green beans
Comments: You can also substitute equivalent amounts of chicken tenders but will need to adjust baking times accordingly. This is a really crispy "fried"
Ingredients:
1.5 Cups corn flakes crumbled
0.5 Teaspoon pepper, cayenne
4 5-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rinse chicken and pat dry. In bowl (or zippered bag) add garlic, crumbs, cheese, butter, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne. Stir to combine. Dip chicken into milk, then into crumb mixture until well coated. Place on baking sheet. Press remaining crumbs onto chicken pieces. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Cool and wrap each piece tightly in heavy foil.
Place inside zippered freezer bag.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Unwrap chicken, leaving in foil. Place in preheated
oven (350 degrees). Heat until hot completely through, about 12 to 15 minutes. If crust
starts to get too brown, wrap foil back over chicken until hot.
