Directions:
Process chips in a food processor until ground fine. Heat butter and water on stove in a small saucepan until the butter is melted. Add to chips in food processor. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and flour until well blended and thickened. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend about 5 seconds after each addition.

Drop by spoonfuls into 360 degrees oil that is about 3 inches deep. Fry until golden brown.

Top with powdered sugar.
