Ingredients:
2 Pounds ham, steak slices 1/2-inch thick
0.5 Cup syrup, Maple
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Lightly toast pecans, as they will continue to toast while cooking once poured over ham and baked.

Place ham in shallow pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Bring syrup, sugar and butter to a boil in small saucepan (or microwave), stirring often. Stir in pecans and pour over ham. Bake an additional 30 minutes.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Package and cool with fan before covering

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Vent lid and heat gently on Medium-High power in microwave until hot. Be careful not to heat too fast or too hot, or syrup will get very thick and bum quickly.
