Ingredients:
0.75 Teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 Teaspoon pepper, black
1 Tablespoon vinegar, red wine
Directions:
Mix together and boil. Whisk and let boil about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to set, about 20 minutes.
