2 Cups milk, whole scalded
1.25 Cups rice, white, cooked cooled
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, & salt. Gradually add milk. Add rice, raisins, vanilla, spices. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole and place in a pan of hot water.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
