Directions:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a wok (or however much necessary to cover the asparagus). Add the oil and dropy in the asparagus. Return water to a boil and cook asparagus for 2 minutes, or until asparagus is tender but crisp.

Remove the asparagus to a plater and cut in thirds. Discard the cooking water. Put 3 tablespoons of cold water back in wok. Stir in the oyster sauce, bring to a boil. Immediately pour sauce over asparagus.
