Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine and mix well the first three ingredients. With back of fork or damp fingers, press onto bottom and sides of 9" loose bottom layer cake pan. Butter sides and bottom of pan with softened butter for easier sticking. Chill.
Meanwhile combine cheese, sugar and lemon rind; beat until well blended. Beat in eggs and sour cream until smooth. Melt chocolate in a pan over hot water. Cool slightly and stir chocolate gently into mixture with a fork until batter is marbleized. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until set. Chill 2 hours or longer. Remove cake from pan. Serves 10-12. |
