Ingredients: 2 Medium cucumber, English peeled, sliced 1/4-in circles 1 Medium onion, red peeled and thinly sliced 0.5 Cup vinegar, cider

Directions:
Toss the cucumber, onion sugar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Let it hang out for about 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes and vinegar, and allow it to all marry at least 20 minutes and up to 4 hours. Serve at room temperature every day you can. |
