Comments: 1.5 lbs meat makes 22-24 1.5-2 inch meatballs
Ingredients:
1 to taste salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon oil, olive
Directions:
Mix together in a large bowl ground chuck, eggs, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, onion, basil, oregano and garlic. Shape into balls. Brown in olive oil.

While meatballs are browning, mix the sauce ingredients into a large pot. Add meatballs. Simmer, covered, at least 3 hours.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and divide onto 4 warmed plates. Top with meatballs and spoon sauce over.
