48 Ounce(wt)s cheese, ricotta, part skim
2 Tablespoons oil, olive
Directions:
Make the Spaghetti Sauce.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Be sure to add 2 Tbls olive oil to water so the noodles don't stick together. Drain.

Lightly grease a deep 9x13 or larger glass or aluminum baking dish. Start with a layer of pasta. Top with a layer of sauce and then a layer of cottage cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan and top with mozzarella. Then top with noodles, then sauce, then cottage cheese, parmesan and finish with mozzarella. Continue until baking dish is almost filled to the rim. Sprinkle the top with extra parmesan.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden and bubbly, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
