Comments: For Passover, substitute Potato Starch for the flour.
Ingredients:
4 Pounds beef, brisket
2 Teaspoons oil, olive
0.25 Cup worcestershire sauce
1 Large bell pepper, yellow diced
1 to taste pepper, black
Directions:
Make a paste of the flour and Worcestershire sauce. Spread on both sides of the meat and sear.

Add veggies, ketchup, wine, water, and pepper, until meat is at least half covered. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours.

Check frequently to make sure there is enough liquid.

Serve with noodles.
