Ingredients:
4 6-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless or cut up chicken
1 Each soup mix, Lipton Onion-Mushroom
0.75 Cup wine, dry red
Directions:
Melt butter over medium high heat. Brown the chicken on both sides, remove to a plate.

Saute mushrooms until softened. Sprinkle in soup mix, and stir until mushrooms are coated.

Add red wine and water. Stir until incorporated.

Add the chicken breasts back in and cover.Simmer for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve over rice.
