Comments: For pork, I usually add a tablespoon of Wicker?s and reduce the butter by half.
Ingredients:
0.25 Cup worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
0.25 Teaspoon pepper, black

Optional Ingredients:
-1 fl oz tabasco Add to shopping list

Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sugar and pepper. Simmer until flavors are melded, about 20 minutes.

Add Tabasco to taste.
