Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla until foamy. Slowly add the sugar and beat until stiff.
Fold in the chips.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Turn off the oven.
Place the cookie sheet(s) in the oven. Do NOT peek! Leave the cookies in the oven overnight or for 8 hours. |
