2 Tablespoons milk, whole
2 Teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 to taste pepper, lemon
-1 fl oz tabasco
Directions:
Break eggs into a greased ramekins. Add milk, ketchup, worcestershire, Tabasco and butter, putting half of each on both sides of the eggs. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheddar over all.

Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
