2 Tablespoons vinegar, red wine
1 to taste salt and pepper
0.25 Large cucumber, English thinly sliced
Directions:
Place sesame seeds in a small pan and toast the over low heat until fragrant. Place the shallots and vinegar in a bowl and let them stand for 10 minutes. Add the sesame seeds to the bowl, then stream in the oil as you whisk the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the lettuce, radishes, and cucumbers on 2 plates and pour the dressing evenly over the salads.
