Comments: You can use Lindy's Marinara Sauce or a jar of Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce for this dish.
Ingredients:
3 6-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless cut into 2-inch pieces
1 to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter until limp and set aside.

Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste and tarragon, if desired. Dredge in flour and sauté in pan used to sauté onion for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain.

Add onions, Marinara sauce, and tortellini. Stir together, heating thoroughly for 5 to 10 minutes.

Garnish with parsley.
