Ingredients:
2 Pounds broccoli cut into large florets
1 Tablespoon oil, olive
1 to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Adjust an oven rack to the uppermost position (about 4 inches from the heating element) and heat the broiler.

Toss the broccoli with the oil and salt and pepper to taste, then lay them in a single layer on a heavy, rimmed baking sheet.

Broil, shaking the pan halfway through to turn the forets, until the broccoli is cooked to your desired doneness and are lightly browned, 6 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown butter and add sage. Swirl in pan until you can smell the sage. Remove from heat.

Place the broccoli in a serving dish, and sprinkle the cheese over the top. Drizzle the browned butter over the top and serve.

Serve hot or warm.
