Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes in skins until a knife inserted slides out easily. Remove to a plate to cool. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice on the bias into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Layer in a 9x13 glass baking dish.  Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Repeat until all potatoes are layered (Usually 2 layers). Finish with butter and sugar.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, or until golden and bubbly.
