1 Tablespoon basil, fresh
0.5 Cup bell pepper, yellow diced small
1 Tablespoon oil, olive
Directions:
Boil water and mix with couscous and let plump. Set aside. Once cooled, fluff with a fork and get rid of any lumps.

Saute bell peppers and onion in olive oil until nicely browned. Add garlic and remove from heat.

Toss vegetables with couscous and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve.
