1 Cup chicken, cooked, white dark meat as well
0.25 Cup mayonnaise
1 to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Chop chicken into bite size pieces. Chop onion and celery. Mix chopped chicken, celery and onion in a bowl. Add mayonaise and seasoning and mix well. Serve on lettuce or with crackers or make a sandwich.
