Ingredients: 1 Pound pasta, rotini cooked and drained 0.5 Each bell pepper, yellow finely diced 1 Cup broccoli crowns finely diced 0.5 Tablespoon garlic powder 1 to taste salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix together the chopped veggies and the olives and toss with the vinegar and spices. Let sit for 30 minutes while you are boiling the water and cooking the pasta. Toss in the pasta and oil. Serve room temperature. |
