Equipment Needed: A small saucepan and a baking pan

Comments: You can use chicken pieces to include dark meat as well, depending on preference.
Ingredients:
4 6-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
Directions:
Flatten breasts slightly and season. Place in shallow sprayed baking pan.

Melt honey, butter and soy sauce together; pour over chicken.

Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes, basting every 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and continue baking, raising the oven to 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned and tender.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Place over rice and let cool before covering.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Vent lid and heat in microwave on Mediumium high heat until hot. Instruct client not to overheat or meat will toughen.
