Ingredients: 3.5 Teaspoons oil, olive divided 1 Teaspoon oil, sesame, dark

Directions:
Preheat broiler. In mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sesame seed, 1.25 Teaspoon vegetable oil and sesame oil. Mix well.
Combine buttermilk baking mix, soy sauce and lemon juice. Dip fillets in buttermilk mixture and dredge in crumb mixture.
Arrange on non stick baking sheet. Drizzle each fillet with .25 Teaspoon vegetable oil.
Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat source until lightly browned, about 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully turn fillets and drizzle with .25 Teaspoon vegetable oil. Broil 3 to 4 minutes longer.
