0.25 Cup oil, olive
0.25 Cup parsley, flat-leaf chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Peel and devein shrimp. Arrange in an 11x7-inch baking dish; pour oil over shrimp.

Combine parsley, garlic, and both peppers and sprinkle mixture over shrimp. Cover and bake for 15 minutes.

Turn shrimp over, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 more minutes.
