Comments: This recipe does not call for using the marinade - but I combine the juices baking the breasts with the marinade and reduce it for a sauce.
Ingredients:
6 6-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 Tablespoon chili paste with garlic
2 Tablespoons soy sauce, naturally brewed
Directions:
Place all ingredients along with chicken in a zippered bag and marinate for 1 to 6 hours; the longer the better. Remove from marinade; bake in foil lined shallow roasting pan at 350 degrees in a single layer for 20 to 25 minutes until 160 degrees.

Heating Instructions: Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or heat in until just heated.
