Directions:
Pulse spinach and artichokes in a food processor until mixed, but do not over-mix. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until just blended.
Place in a prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: I usually freeze this in the client' s glass baking dish, especially if I'm cheffing it family style. You can also leave them in individual ramekins or any Small foil container for ease in heating in the oven. |
