Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon oil, olive 4 6-ozs chicken breast, boneless, skinless 8 Ounce(wt)s mushrooms sliced 0.5 Cup milk, whole

Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet on medium to medium high. Add olive oil. Sauté chicken until done throughout, using meat thermometer to check doneness. Remove the chicken and add remaining butter.
Stir in mushrooms and green onions, cooking until onions are clear and cooked tender. Add milk, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.
Add the chicken back to the sauce, turning to coat. Cook on low until sauce is bubbly. |
