1 Tablespoon parsley, flat-leaf chopped
Directions:
In a saucepan, Saute onion in butter. Add stock, and salt if using, and bring to a boil. Add couscous, stirring quickly.

Remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 4 to 5 minutes. Add parsley and fluff with a fork. Serve.
