1.5 Pounds broccoli cut into florets
1 Tablespoon oil, sesame, dark
Directions:
Steam broccoli until cooked but firm (I do this in the microwave).

Heat oil in large skillet. Add seeds, broccoli and soy sauce, stirring or tossing to combine. Stir-fry until lightly pan roasted.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Package according to client needs and cool.
