8 Ounce(wt)s clams, canned minced minced with juice
0.5 Teaspoon pepper, black
-1 fl oz tabasco
Directions:
Simmer clams, juice, lemon juice for 15 minutes. Set aside. Mix onion, garlic, seasonings and sauté in butter for 5 minutes. Combine two mixtures with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
