1 to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
Grind the pork and veal once through the large die and once on the medium die. Sauté the onions, garlic, and shallots in oil until soft. Cool slightly and add to ground meat. Add 2 eggs and bread crumbs to the mixture. Season with the flakes, salt, and pepper. Fry a patty to test the seasoning. Adjust if needed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Roll out puff pastry dough to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into 4 1/2-inch squares. Place a spoonful of filling in center of square. Egg wash edges and pull corners up to center. Use forks to seal sides. Bake on a parchment paper lined sheet pan at 350 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, until browned.
