Comments: Without the oyster sauce, this dish is Kosher meat.
Ingredients:
8 Each mushrooms thickly sliced
1 Teaspoon oil, sesame, dark
Directions:
Cut asparagus in 2 inch pieces. Slice mushrooms and green onions.

Heat the oil in a wok just until smoking. Toss the asparagus in for about 2 minutes and remove. Add the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.

Mix cornstarch into water and set aside.

Place all vegetables back in wok. Pour in stock and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the asparagus is tender-crisp.

Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce if using. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat and add the sesame oil.
