Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon vinegar, white
3 Tablespoons milk, whole
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add vinegar, vanilla, oil, and water. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Combine chocolate, milk, and butter in a sauce pan. Stir until melted over low heat. Remove from heat, add sugar. Beat until smooth and glossy.
