Directions:
Melt butter, add crabmeat, egg, and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.
Place squares of toast in individual casseroles. Cover with crabmeat mixture. Top with Hollandaise.
Brown under broiler. Serve immediately. |

Directions:
Place egg yolks in blender with salt, lemon juice and Tabasco. Turn blender on and off quickly. Turn blender on high speed and pour butter in a steady stream until mixture is complete emulsified.
