Ingredients: 10 Ounce(wt)s flour, pastry 5 Ounce(wt)s crisco
|
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add sifted ingredients; mix well. Add oatmeal, nuts, if using, and raisins. Form into 1/2 oz balls. Bake off 1 test cookie.
Bake 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. |
