Directions:
Put oatmeal in a food processor and grind until fine.
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour and oatmeal. Add salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
Grate candy bar. Add chocolate and nuts. Shape into golf ball-size pieces and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes. |
