Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lime juice, and food coloring. Pour into pie crust; bake 40 minutes.

Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Garnish as desired with lime slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
