0.75 Cup milk, whole
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Beat egg and sugar together. Mix with milk.

Add liquid mixture into dry mixture and beat into a smooth batter. Put in a greased pan, 2-qt pyrex dish.

Cover top of batter with a sugar and cinnamon mixture. Dot with cold butter.
