Directions:
Whisk egg, milk and salt. Dip bread slices, one at a time, until coated on both sides. Heat griddle with Crisco till water dances. Fry slices until desired doneness. Cut slices in half and serve with powdered sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, etc.
