Ingredients:
1 Cup mayonnaise
0.5 Teaspoon tabasco
1 Ounce(wt) salad dressing mix, Hidden Valley Ranch
Directions:
Squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Combine the spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeƱo, garlic, green onions, olives, green chiles, Tabasco, ranch dressing mix, water chestnuts and chili powder in a large bowl; mix well.

Spread the spinach mixture on each of the flour tortillas; roll to enclose filling. Wrap each tortilla tightly in waxed paper. Place in zip-loc bag or in an airtight container. Chill overnight.

Unwrap and cut the tortillas into slices before serving.
