2 Tablespoons milk, whole
24 Each cherries, candied
Directions:
Mix together eggs, four, milk, sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add nuts and dates, and beat well. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Fold into mixture.

Place in greased and floured muffin tin, and cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

After they cool, top with whipped cream and a candied cherry.
