1 to taste pepper, black, cracked
Directions:
Scald cream. Remove from heat and add flour and whey protein, butter, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add egg. Beat again until smooth.

Drop by teaspoonfuls into 4 cups boiling water and cover tightly. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain, toss with more butter, cracked pepper and serve as side dish . They will be irregular and soft.
