Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken, skin-side down for 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
In baking dish, place the chicken skin-side up, pour the sauce over and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, basting often.
Remove foil and increase temperature to 375 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, basting often, until browned and cooked through.

Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sugar and pepper. Simmer until flavors are melded, about 20 minutes.
Add Tabasco to taste.
