Directions:
Line 5 pans with parchment paper and collars.
Cream cheese and sugar very well. Scrape sides and between the paddle blades to ensure the mixture is blended.
Add eggs and yolks slowly. Add cream, zests, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add beer. Continue scraping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 50 minutes in water bath. |
