Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill with a layer of coals (for a direct fire).
Place chicken pieces on the grill. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 15 minutes, covered.
Dunk pieces in sauce and cook another 15 minutes, covered - careful not to char the chicken. Baste with more sauce and cook another 15 minutes, or until cooked through. |

Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add lemon juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, sugar and pepper. Simmer until flavors are melded, about 20 minutes.
Add Tabasco to taste.
