Directions:
Combine vinegar, oil, thyme and pepper. Cut hearts of palm in half crosswise (if they are thick, half them length-wise first).
Wrap each piece in a slice of Prosciutto and secure with a toothpick and place in marinade. Cover with plastic and marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
Remove from marinade and serve with a grind of pepper and at room temperature. |
