Comments: This would also be good using a purchased Oreo cookie crust pie shell instead of plain pie crust.

Make 1/2 recipe of pie dough. Place in a 9" pie plate. Dock and bake for 12 minutes on 425.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Fold into whipped cream. Pour into baked pie crust and chill at least 1 hour. Serve.
