Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Grease 10 inch ring. Line with waxed paper and grease.
3. Put 1 cup of flour in a bowl. Add fruit and mix well. In another bowl, mix 1 cup remaining flour and baking powder.
4. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time while beating.
5. Add flour and bourbon, alternating; beat well after each addition. Gently stir in the fruit and flour mixture. When combined, put into baking pan.
6. Bake in a water bath on lower shelf for about 2 1/2 hours. Cool 15 minutes on a rack. Remove from pan and continue to cool on a wire rack. |
