Put sour cream, eggs, 1 cup sugar, vanilla into blender for a second or two. Mix pineapple and juice into egg mixture. (Do not blend). Pour over noodles.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Dot with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until top is brown and it is set. Cut into squares and serve.
